
it seemed lately that in spite of our craving for delicious authentic tasting mexican cuisine we simply couldn't satisfy it with the poor selection of restaurants serving up americanized platters covered in globs of cheese and sour cream. then along came this recipe and wahoo--wonderful carnitas in our belly!
